Nation One Mortgage is an independent mortgage bank with HQs in New Jersey & South Carolina. The South Carolina leadership team, Team Crescenzo, is expanding the growth of Nation One throughout the Southeast United States, lending in SC, NC, NJ, PA, TN, GA, FL, & Coming Soon to MD, VA, & MN.

James’ industry experience has shown him that homeownership creates generational wealth in America – something he is very passionate about. Growing up I wanted to be a lawyer. Six months after becoming a “real lawyer” I started a career in mortgages. Over a decade later and I haven’t looked back.Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, puzzling, gardening and watchin the Gamecocks, Denver Broncos, and the Atlanta Braves.
