I was born and raised in the Lowcountry. I spent a lot of time in downtown Charleston attending First Baptist in my primary years and College of Charleston. Selling real estate for several years and owning an Event & Wedding business allowed me to blend creativity with meticulous organization, ensuring unforgettable moments for countless couples.

This experience seamlessly translated into my journey in the mortgage industry, where my ability to connect with people and understand their dreams has been invaluable. My husband and I have three grown children and one in high school that keeps us at the barn with her passion for horses. Outside of the office, Josiah enjoys spending quality time fishing with his son and challenging himself with a good game of chess. Raised in a family with roots in real estate and lending, I have been surrounded by the mortgage industry my entire life. After high school I began studying Finance with a minor in Communications at North Dakota State University, but quickly realized my passion was more in the field & not the classroom.
That decision led me to step away from school and step fully into the industry, which is how I got connected & ended up joining Phil in September of 2022.
Outside of the office, I enjoy occasionally running, training for triathlons, and unwinding with golf or the piano. And in addition to helping people close to homes, I can legally marry & officiate weddings too!
