Joy Marr is a passionate entrepreneur, master colorist, and educator with over 32 years of experience in the beauty industry. As a distinguished member of the American Board of Certified Master Colorists, she is known for her advanced skill, precision, and refined artistry. Yet beyond her technical expertise, Joy’s mission has always been rooted in something deeper—creating connection, mentorship, and healing through beauty. She firmly believes that when people feel good about their hair, they feel stronger, more confident, and more aligned with who they truly are.

Joy’s journey has been shaped by resilience and faith. After undergoing multiple shoulder surgeries in 2019, she experienced what she describes as her “ladder vision”—a powerful calling from God that outlined the next chapter of her life and purpose. That defining moment strengthened her commitment to serving others in a way that extends far beyond the chair.

Throughout her career, Joy has led with vibrant energy, integrity, and heart.
